Hazel and Richard offer a very warm welcome at Highmead. This long established Bed and Breakfast is located on the beautiful Gower peninsula in South Wales. The Gower peninsula was recognised as a very special place many years ago and was the first location in Britain to receive the 'Area of Outstanding Oatural Beauty' status in 1956. It is largely a limestone cliff area, with wonderful sandy beaches providing a great place to take a break, be it a weekend, or a longer holiday.

In such beautiful surroundings we seek to provide a friendly 'home from home' atmosphere with comfortable accommodation and stunning views of the sea and coastline. We have lived in Gower for many years and yet have travelled to many other continents too. To us, Gower still remains unique against the wider world and we would love to share this with you, and offer ideas for your holiday time here.
