Northern Rivers Brewery

Located just outside of Alstonville, NSW (near Byron Bay), we brew all natural, handcrafted beers in our small scale brewery. The beer we make is available for purchase at selected restaurants, bottle shops and hotels throughout the state's Far North Coast.

Northern Rivers Brewery is the only brewery in the region brewing its own beer right here! We are a locally owned, independent company, supporting the local community and encouraging regional sustainability. Our beer is handcrafted at a purpose built brewery in Alstonville, NSW (near Byron Bay), where the quality of our product is our main priority. Beer tastes best when it is fresh & straight from the brewery!

All Northern Rivers Brewery beers are full mash i.e. made from scratch. We do not use 'extract' to make our beers. Our beer is made from specially selected quality ingredients of grains, hops and yeast. Northern Rivers Brewery DO NOT use chemicals, additives or 'processing aids' in order to alter the perception and character of our beer. Our beer is suitable for vegetarians as every single ingredient that is used does not contain any animal products.
