Thinktank is Birmingham's museum and science attraction. It examines the past, investigates the present and explores what the future may bring. The Museum helps us to understand how science and technology shape our lives.

The museum helps you see science and technology in a new light. It is a place for learning and fun through exploration, engagement and historic artefacts. Thinktank contains ten themed galleries spread over four floors. There is a clearly marked route around the galleries although they can be visited in any order. A team of gallery staff are on hand to answer your questions and help you get the most out of your visit.

Get interactive with the exhibits and add your own experiences to the wealth of information and interest on display. Thinktank is about us, our world and the way we live in it.
