Housed in an historic 17th Century Flint Barn, The Seven Sisters Sheep Centre has one of the largest collections of sheep in the world with over 40 different breeds of sheep. The centre has many older breeds no longer seen on modern farms and a good range of coloured fleeces for home spinners.
Come and help feed the lambs, meet the animals and take a ride on the tractor-trailer ride. Explore the agricultural heritage and history of sheep on the Downs and have a real Sussex cream tea in the Hayrack Tea Room.
There are lots of young farm animals including pigs, goats, rabbits and chicks... both outside and undercover to feed and cuddle, with easy access from paved walkways. Whatever the weather, there are always lots of things to do. In July - September... watch Sheep milking, Cheese making, Shearing, Spinning and Sheep being shorn.
