A recently established guesthouse, Gyves House is a Victorian building circa 1900 that has been thoroughly modernised while maintaining many period features. All rooms have high ceilings and many have original fireplaces.

Gyves House offers 5 double rooms, 2 twin rooms and 1 single room, all are en-suite and centrally heated and feature colour television with remote control and tea and coffee facilities. Hair dryer and iron/ironing board is available on request.

The guesthouse is ideally located just 40m from the sea, while the town centre and pier are only 3mins walk putting it well within walking distance of all local amenities. Eastbourne is well appointed with shops, theatres, bars and restaurants that cater for a wide variety of tastes and styles.
