Plymouth Ski and Snowboard Centre

Plymouth Ski Centre is open daily between 10am and 10pm. We offer skiers, snowboarders and bladers of all levels the facilities to practice and learn new skills.

From lessons to open practice, John Nike Leisuresport Plymouth offers a wide variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. With our ski and snowboard lessons you will receive a skill level card on your first lesson. This will be used to help monitor your progress. Snowboard and safety check

With ski lessons the student will attain the following skills: Ski and safety check, Walking and turning on the flat, Side stepping and turning on a slope, Straight running exercises, Introduction to stationary snowplough and Awareness of Ski Way Code.

Similarly snowboarding lessons will teach: Basic snowboard stance, Walking and turning on the flat, Walking uphill - turning on the slope, Straight run (using run-out to stop) and Awareness of the Ski Way Code .
