The Hollies provides excellent accommodation that is close to The National Exhibition Centre. This makes The Hollies one of the closest and largest bed and breakfasts around the area. The Guesthouse contains ten en-suite rooms and sleeps up to 21 people; this makes the residence ideal for companies exhibiting at The NEC.

All rooms are well furnished and contain Colour TV, Coffee and tea faclities, Visitors Lounge and all rooms are En-suite. Other hotel facilities include an "honesty bar" to which customers can help themselves at any time. All guests have their own front door keys, allowing them to come and go at their leisure without the worry of ever being locked out.
