Neilsons is one of Gippsland's leading fine dining restaurants. Established in 2001 by Brad Neilson and Damien Gannon, Neilsons' innovative menu - under the guidance of Executive Chef Lewis Prince - and warm atmosphere have won rave reviews and a loyal clientele.
Situated in a beautifully renovated Californian bungalow at 13 Seymour St Traralgon, Neilsons has featured in The Age Good Food Guide each year since opening. It also won the hospitality section of the Gippsland Business Awards in 2003 and 2004.
