Newton Meadows consists of three self-catering cottages that are set in the heart of rural North Shropshire. They are ideally located to explore Shropshire, Chester, the Welsh Borders, the Potteries, Telford and Ironbridge.

The well-appointed cottages are comfortable, spacious and are suitable for families, the more senior guests and wheelchair users. The cottages are tastefully decorated and fully equipped and all overlook an acre of lawn/playfield, leading to a large natural pond suitable for fishing. The surrounding farmland and countryside provides an ever-changing landscape, with an abundance of wildlife. There is ample car parking to the front of the cottages, allowing easy access with no steps. Tea, coffee, a pint of milk and biscuits are provided for your arrival.

Relax and enjoy the Shropshire scenery. Centrally located to explore Chester, the Welsh Borders, The Potteries, Telford, Ironbridge Gorge and Shropshire. Discover the History, the Museums, the Attractions; the Walks Shropshire has to offer. If you're a little more adventurous try Hot Air Ballooning, Rally Driving, Flying Lessons or Quad Biking all done near by. There really is something for all the family.

Further Information: Cottage One - Sleeps 4. Downstairs is a wide entrance hall, twin bedroom separate wheel-in-shower room and toilet (lever taps on basin, and hand rails) open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room with patio leading to sunroom and back door to fenced patio area. Upstairs you will find a galleried landing to twin bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Cottage Two & Three - Sleeps 7 - Downstairs - wide entrance hall, twin bedroom, single bedroom, wheel-in-shower room and toilet (lever taps on basin, hand rails). Open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room with patio doors leading to sunroom and back door to fenced patio. Upstairs there is a galleried landing to one twin bedroom, one double and a separate bathroom.
Getting There: From the Shrewsbury area take the A528 to Ellesmere. After approx. 5 miles, you come to Harmer Hill. Pass the Bridgewater Arms on the left, and take the right fork, the B5476 signposted to Wem. Newton Meadows is half-mile on the left. The cottages car park is to the right in front of the cottages.
