Kirklands of Cromar is situated near Aboyne inTarland, a small village ideally located for exploring the "Royal Deeside" (on the river Dee), the Grampian mountains, and the attractions of the North-East of Scotland. The guesthouse is just 150 yards from the centre of the village of Tarland, the house is only a little further from the 1st tee of the golf course and the tennis club. Tarland is famed for its pipers and fiddle players, and you may hear traditional Scottish music in the local pubs.
