Windmills caravan and camping site is situated in the Pembrokeshire National Park countryside just above Tenby. The campsite has magnificent sea views, overlooking the tranquil Caldey Island and Pendine sands.
You can walk from the campsite into Tenby down a leafy lane, which is now part of the national cycle track. The harbour in Tenby runs regular boats to Caldey Island where Cistercian monks have made their home, this is defiantly worth a visit.
Half a mile away from the campsite in New Hedges village there is a decent supermarket and a Post Office. Windmills has hot showers and wash basin facilities. Most of the electric pitches have drainage and water connections for touring caravans, tents and motor homes.
