Seaforde Gardens

Seaforde Gardens and Tropical Butterfly House is liked for its landscaped gardens and colorful tropical butterflies. There is an 18th century walled garden and adjoining pleasure grounds, containing many rare and beautiful trees and shrubs, many of them tender. There are huge rhododendrons and the National Collection of Eucryphias.

The oldest maze in Ireland is in the centre of the walled garden, which can be viewed from the Mogul Tower. The tropical butterfly house contains hundreds of beautiful highly coloured butterflies; also a collection of parrots, insects and reptiles.

The nursery garden contains many interesting plants for sale. The Nursery can dispatch mail orders with couriers anywhere and also deliver large orders throughout Ireland with our own transport.
