At Havyatt Cottage in beautiful Glastonbury, the double bedroom overlooks grazing fields, with en-suite shower and W.C., from which you have a northerly view of the city of Wells about five miles distant, which nestles in a shallow valley beneath the Mendip Hills. There is also a comfortable sofa bed downstairs that can accommodate a third person. A bath is available, and the house is centrally heated.
We can offer both vegetarian and traditional breakfasts, and can prepare fine meals on the Rayburn if required. We have off road parking, and motorcyclists are welcome. Parking space is limited, and trailers probably cannot be accommodated.
The local wildlife can be quite stunning. Aside from our cat, cows and rabbits are regularly seen, and if you are lucky you may see fox, deer, buzzard or duck.
The inside of the house is recently renovated, yet retains original stonework, flagged floors, and much original elm woodwork.
