The Golden Lion Hotel

The Golden Lion with its 15 en-suite rooms and a restaurant is a well-located base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales National Park. There is a lift to all floors, and many rooms have been specially adapted for disabled guests.

The Hotel's bedrooms have views over Leyburn and across to the racehorse training gallops of Middleham. All rooms have television, telephone, radio, and tea and coffee making facilities.

The Golden Lion restaurant is decorated with Dales murals by local artist Lynn Foster, and offers both A la Carte and Table d'Hote menus. Vegetarian and other diets are well catered for. There is an extensive wine list. The Hotel also has a banqueting suite for events and conferences.
