Mission Beach Visitor Information Centre

Mission Beach Visitor Information Centre is dedicated to providing unbiased information to visitors and locals. A free booking service is available for accommodation and tours for the local and surrounding areas. The Visitor Information Centre was one of the first to be accredited and is also a member of the Qld Visitor Information Centre's Association (QICA). The Centre is the first Visitor Information Centre in Queensland on Facebook.

Local festivals, concerts, markets etc. are promoted by the Centre and a calendar of events for the area is available. The Mission Beach Visitor Centre is run by paid staff and a dedicated group of volunteers. The Visitor Centre is one of the busiest in the Region with an average of 30.000 visitors a year and is open 7 days a week from 9am till 4.45pm Mon-Sat, Sun 10am till 4pm but closed on Christmas Day Boxing Day and New Years Day. Volunteers receive extensive training and partake in regular familiarisation trips.
