Mill Lodge is Northern Ireland's first carp fishery. There are four ponds in total, each containing stocks of carp ranging in size from 1Ib to 22Ibs. Fresh bait can be arranged with the NI Carp Anglers Society but sweetcorn and maggots work just as well.

Disability Action has assessed the fishery and recommends it for disabled users. A FCB coarse fishing rod licence is required for the over 18's, as is a £4 per rod per day ticket. Juveniles must purchase a £1 per rod per day ticket. Club rules apply, these will be supplied with the day ticket.
