Corbet is a spinning/fly fishing only Lough, offering rainbow trout with a smaller amount of brown trout available. Early season flys include Viva, Montana Nymph, Ace of Spades. Onward to Buzzer. From June include Sedge Patterns and Hoopers. A good year round fly is Hare Ear Nymph.

The lake, measuring 28.32 hectares, has a 3 fish per day per angler limit and a minimum takeable size of 12 inches. No boats are allowed and a full list of restrictions will be available when purchasing the £8 per rod per dayticket.

An FCB game fishing rod licence is required for over 18's, as is an Adult Banbridge Angling Day Ticket. Under 18's must have a Juvenile Banbridge Angling Club Day Ticket.

Corbet is a great lake to fish. It has now been changed to a catch and release fishery with a three bag limit. There are now six boats with electric motors for hire. A three fish day ticket is 10 and the boats including motor and life belt will cost 10 for four hours ... Read More
