Rougham Airfield is situated a couple of miles east of Bury St Edmunds, UK and was home to the USAAF 322nd and 94th Bomb Groups during the Second World War. This airfield is one of the few wartime bases to retain its Control Tower into current times.

The airfield was constructed in 1941/42 and had two T2-type hangars, a technical site and living accommodation for 3000 personnel. It became officially Station 468.

The Tower will be open to the public every Sunday from the first Sunday in May through to the Last Sunday in October. Normal opening times are from 11am to 4pm, free of charge, donations welcome. The museum will also be open to coincide with most Airfield events, although access will be via the pay gates.
