Brook House

Brook House is situated in a peaceful location on the outskirts of Windermere near Bowness, in the heart of the Lake District National Park.

The guest house which was built in 1892 hosts six bedrooms including four doubles, one twin and one single. All the rooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and a range of amenities including television and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests can enjoy a breakfast, which is served in the dining room, or relax in the guest lounge after exploring the Lake District's attractions.

The bed and breakfast is a great base for exploring the Lake District national park, situated just a short distance from Bowness which hosts a range of shops, restaurants and attractions. Lake Windermere is just a twenty-minute walk from the bed and Breakfast, which is excellent for water sports. Brook house is also a great base for walking enthusiasts with plenty of fells hosting picturesque views close by.
