If it's "roundie-round" racing that tickles your fancy then drop in for a fix of fumes with Speedcars, Formula 500s, Sprintcars and Super Sedans roaring round the 440m Clay Track. Formerly known as Archerfield International Speedway, it was established in 1978.
The venue has been well-patronised since that time, having hosted National Titles in the following categories: Motor Cycles, Midgets, Grand National Sedans, Super Sedans, Compact Speedcars and Sprintcars.
The track was changed to Brisbane International Speedway in 2000. It has been one of the most popular motor racing venues in Australia, attracting generations of families time and time again. Between the races you can munch hot dogs and sip coffee from styrofoam cups.
