Set in its large landscaped gardens, which stretch out to open fields, the timbered Georgian Farmhouse is the perfect place to relax and a superb base from which to enjoy the surrounding countryside. Guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens, well stocked with interesting trees, shrubs and flowers.
Accommodation consists of one twin room and two double rooms in the main house, all with en-suites. The large rooms also have tea/coffee making facilities and a colour television. Some also have their own living room. Breakfast is cooked on the farmhouse aga. There is a different breakfast for every morning of your stay (up to seven different), with vegetarians catered for. These morning feasts are served in the conservatory breakfast room.
The farm includes a 6-acre campsite that is flat and grassy, with mature and newly planted trees. The campsite has non-regimented pitches features some wonderful panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. The proprietors have created walks linking the site to the main village where you will find the village shop and pub. The site is well maintained, the grass is always neat and tidy and collected after being cut.
