Finnis to Slieve Croob Circular Walk

This years walk will take place on Saturday 11th November 2006. As part of the Mourne Heritage Trust's winter walk programme, this walk has been organised in conjunction with Banbridge District Council. Explore Slieve Croob mountain, source of the River Lagan, with an experienced guide. From Finnis/Massford this hill walk will take in country roads, farm lane and mountain.

The highlight of the walk is the panoramic view from the top of Slieve Croob (1755 m) across NI and to the Galloway coast of Scotland and the Isle of Man. The walk will take approximately 3 hours and is classed as 'difficult'.
