The Cardigan Bay Yacht Charter is lucky enough to have Cardigan Bay as its cruising ground; stretches of its shoreline are designated heritage coast. Cardigan Bay is one of only two locations in the UK to have resident bottlenose dolphins. Once aboard relax and admire the beautiful scenery and wildlife.
Yacht trips are customised to suit you and the conditions of the weather and tide. A typical day would be slowly cruising down to Newquay, keeping a lookout for seals, dolphins and many varieties of seabirds. At Newquay you stop for lunch, either in the yacht or weather permitting in a picnic area on the beach. Then for the wonderful journey home again keeping an eye out for the amazing wildlife.
There are longer charters of five days that can be arranged, but it depends on the weather and the tides, which would allow visits to places such as Barmouth, Porthmadog, Pwllheli and Bardsey Island, while a 10 day charter would allow you to visit the beautiful harbours of southern Ireland or Scotland and the Isle of Man.
