The Omeo Historic Park located in the town is the site of five heritage listed buildings including the Historic Society Museum.
It is the only original intact law and order precinct in Australia and is located adjacent to the currently operational police station.
The historic park is home to five heritage listed buildings comprising of the original courthouse, "new" courthouse, old log jail, stables and police house.
