Mink is Melbournes origional underground cocktail bar. Boasting Melbournes largest menu of vodka, this Russian themed bar can be hard to leave as its sexy and intimate atmosphere takes you away from the worries of the outside world.

A platter menu is also available, with tempting tapas style dishes on offer. If you like to entertain in glamorous surrounds, Mink has private rooms available for hire, suitable for product launches, pre and post event gatherings and cocktail parties.

Private spaces for hire at Mink can accomodate from 6 to 200 people. A range of well-known DJ's from the local area and further afield frequent Mink, bringing happy house and funk music to dance the night away.

Make sure you get in early, Mink is usually full by 11pm!

Special Features: Over the years MINK has developed a series of house infused vodkas. Using Smirnoff Black and fresh ingredients, each recipe has been created on premises and are included in a number of speciality cocktails. New Infusions include Jalapeno, Musk, Cucumber and Pear. Cocktail of the month is Sin Killed Her - vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, passionfruit apple and lemon juice in a Martini.
