Chelsea Library

The Chelsea Library has a comprehensive selection of reading material, computer facilities with internet access, extensive children's facilities including a toy library and toddlers mornings, a young adults collection with videos, CDs and magazines, 24 hour library services, as well as a gallery and careers service.

The library has a unique costume collection, covering everything from underwear to body decoration and tattoos and a selection of fashion magazines. The library stocks a varied selection of old and new films and music, as well as a specialist collection of music.

The Gallery is available for private hire and is the perfect space for both amateur and professional artists or collectors who wish to sell or exhibit their work. Private views can be held on Wednesdays between 5pm to 8pm and the gallery is open to the public Mon, Tues, Thur 9.30am-8pm and Wed, Fri, Sat 9.30am - 5pm and admission is free.
