Berkeley House is a late Georgian Townhouse that contains three guest bedrooms. Each room is individually furnished and decorated.

The three bedrooms, all non-smoking, are each individually furnished and decorated. All have private shower room and WC en-suite, tea- and coffee-making facilities and television. Please note that bedrooms are on the second and third floors.

A full-menu breakfast is included in the room rates, and an intimate lounge is available for relaxation. Berkeley House also has a roof terrace with views over the town to the South Downs. Smoking is permitted outside on the roof terrace but nowhere else in the building.

Further Information: Provide a Continental breakfast, or a full English breakfast cooked to order. Eggs are from free-ranging hens, Lincolnshire sausages are made with pork and sage, and there is wholewheat or white bread. Nothing is fried, unless you request fried eggs. There is always a selection of low-fat yoghurts, fresh fruit, chilled orange and grapefruit juices, Seville orange marmalade, jams and honey - and salt-free English butter. Vegetarian and lactic-free diets are catered for. Filter coffee is served with hot milk, or there is a choice of Earl Grey or Ceylon teas with milk or lemon. Decaffeinated coffee or herbal teas are available on request.
