Nightingales is situated in the village of Kingston Near Lewes at the foot of the South Downs along a quiet road, and is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens consisting of exotic tender plants that are housed in the conservatory where tea is happily provided.
The Guesthouse contains two double rooms that are en-suite, and very comfortably furnished and a wide range of thoughtful extras from fresh fruit and sherry, to chocolate and fresh flowers are provided. Other facilities include TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
The Garden Flat faces south and opens onto the garden. It comprises a large sunny well-fitted kitchen with electric cooker, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, pine dining table and pine dresser. The large bedroom contains twin beds, wardrobe and dressing table, colour T.V. and an armchair. Adjacent to this room is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and w.c. Car parking is available.
