Rydges, Port Macquarie position themselves as an upmarket establishment and charge accordingly but if they can't provide security parking for guests they may as well be a camp ground. Apparently its first in gets the limited spaces and while the sweet reception staff tried to be helpful and suggested we park outside the police station opposite (already taken) we had to unload all our luggage and park on the next block ...
