Kinkell House

Kinkell is a beautiful family home on a farm close to St Andrews, where your hosts Sandy and Frippy offer a warm welcome, good food and informal hospitality. The en suite guest rooms are traditionally furnished and tastefully decorated throughout with those little extra touches to welcome you.

Kinkell is located on the coast, south and east of St Andrews. The farm runs down to the sea, and has spectacular views of the coastline to the North and West towards St Andrews. There is a golf course at St Andrews, the new courses of the St Andrews Bay Hotel are adjacent, and Kingsbarns, Crail and Elie and many other courses are close by.

There is a tennis court and croquet lawn within the informal gardens that surround the house. Sandy also runs an offroad driving and quad biking centre on a landscaped course, which runs down to the sea.
