Brixton Jamm

The Jamm Brixton is a hip and happening venue, where you can satisfy your nocturnal needs on the dance-floor with a varied selection of top DJ's and talented bands. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a mid nineties club, with pumping tunes, scantily clad people and non-stop dancing.

The Jamm Brixton have something to suit all tastes, from funk to global beats, reggae to experimental pop, jazz to hip hop, techo-house to breakbeat. The venue attracts an always an up for it crowd and the club has a wicked lay out. Over the years its hosted everything from The Clash to salsa nights to Indie and Drum n Bass sessions.

The venue is extremely versatile and has held all sorts of cultural events too, from Egyptian belly dancing to Arts Council-funded exhibitions, and consciousness-raising events for an array of pressure groups from charity fundraisers to political meetings.
