Church Bar

Church Bar is a bar & club in St Matthews Church, in the heart of Brixton, which is currently available for private hire only. The club has a 6am licence on Fridays and Saturdays and 3am during the week and is ideal for parties of 150-300 guests.

The ground floor bar has versatile seating, that can easily be arranged as a club, bar or private party space, to suit your individual requirements. The club is fitted with turntables and a lighting system and a buffet menu from £3-£8 per head is also available.

From Monday to Thursday Church Club can be hired for private parties until 3am, with your own DJs or the club can organise some. To book a deposit of £200 is required, which is returned if the bar spend is over £1500. Same terms apply for private parties, as promoters on a Friday or Saturday night.

The Church Bar has hosted an array of corporate events, from wrap parties to product launches and music showcases. They can do anything from a "dry hire" to a full service event. The venue is also available for daytime hire for photo/film shoots, conferences and meetings, at affordable rates.
