The Maes-y-Gwernen Wholistic Centre in Abercraf is a beautiful, unique hidden gem in the valley. Maes-y-Gwernen is launching a new phase and ethos of being committed to promoting personal growth and healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.

All the rooms in the hotel have been wonderfully decorated using natural paints and oak flooring which give the hotel a truly natural and relaxing feel. Each room comes complete with en suite facilities, television, hairdryer, trouser press, phone and Internet connection, and refreshment facilities including herbal tea. Each guest has full use of the leisure cabin with Jacuzzi, sauna and gym facilities.

As well as accommodation the Wholistic Centre also offers a wide selection of different courses, therapeutic courses and rejuvenation breaks.
