A very warm welcome and superb hospitality await you at Spinkstown Farmhouse. Spinkstown is only 2 miles from St.Andrews on the picturesque A917 coast road to Crail. Spinkstown is a uniquely designed farmhouse with fantastic views of the sea and surrounding countryside with an abundance of wildlife.

Inside the house is bright and spacious, it is furnished to a high standard. The accommodation consists of double and twin rooms, all ensuite with bath and shower, tea/coffee facilities and television. A dining room where a substantial farmhouse breakfast is served around the communal table to set you up for the day.

The famous old course, historic St.Andrews, East Neuk fishing villages, and several National Trust properties are all within easy reach, as well a swimming pool, tennis court and bowls at Kinburn Park, putting at the East Sands and on to the notorious Himalayas where you can go horse riding, visit country parks, nature reserves at Vane Farm and the Island of May, plenty of beaches and picturesque coastal walks.
