- Our Executive Chef, Dag Demarkow, together with Chef Glenn Martin and apprentice Shandelle Burton, offer a superb menu of modern Australian cuisine mixed with European tastes. Our Restaurant is open for lunch Tuesday - Sunday, with platters available from the Cellar Door on Mondays.
