The 4 Quirky Cottages are perched on 7 green blocks of land. They are fully self-contained, with their own fun style, modern appliances, BBQs, air conditioning and very relaxed ambiance. You can book all 4, with accomm for up to 34 people. Ideal for family, birthday celebrations, social groups or book individually for a romantic weekend treat!
Linen can be supplied, with your beds freshly made up for you on arrival for just $20 per person, per stay. Quirky Cottages has a playground for children, pet chooks and free EGGS!

- relax! relax! relax! With an abundance of flora and fauna, Coochiemudlo Island is the perfect destination for nature lovers and for busy people who just want to unwind. The bay waters are safe and calm for swimming. Quirky Cottages has a communal shaded playground for children, with pet chickens to feed. Heaps of toys, plus dress ups for kids!
- Getting There
- The passenger ferry or barge leaves for Coochiemudlo Island from Masters Avenue, Victoria Point. The ferry leaves every half hour from 5.30am Mon to Fri and from 6.30am weekends. The last passenger ferry is 11.00pm. The car barge runs until 7pm on Fridays, making it ideal for weekend visits. The 2.20pm barge works well with check in time at 2.30pm. For car barge bookings, please ring, 3820 6557. The barge cost is an affordable $50 return.
