Tucked in the quiet headwaters of the Exe River valley on the Devon and Somerset border, the Exe Valley Fishery has been rearing luxury quality Trout for three generations.
Now run by a brother and sister team, Fiona and Andrew Maund, Andrew is responsible for breeding the Trout whilst Fiona processes all the smoked product by hand, in the traditional Exmoor manner.
