Tucked in the quiet headwaters of the Exe River valley on the Devon and Somerset border, the Exe Valley Fishery has been rearing luxury quality Trout for three generations.

Now run by a brother and sister team, Fiona and Andrew Maund, Andrew is responsible for breeding the Trout whilst Fiona processes all the smoked product by hand, in the traditional Exmoor manner.

They produce a complete range of all-natural smoked food hampers. Each will bring you and your guests new dimensions of different yet delicious real-food flavours with no artificial additives or colouring of any kind.

They offer wonderful fishing for all ages throughout the year and their shop carries their complete range of smoked products as well as fresh fish.
