West Hollowcombe offers self-catering cottages that are spacious and well appointed. The property is located in the glorious surroundings of Exmoor National Park and offers absolute peace and quiet.

All of the self-catering cottages are stone barn conversions. The fully equipped kitchens also include a dishwasher, microwave and freezer. Each cottage has a wood burning stove and conventional electric heating including heated towel rails, making them snug and warm during the winter. As well as radio, television and video, there is an extensive range of books and games to borrow. An adventure playground is a recent addition for all children up to ten years old. The communal Laundry Room is equipped with coin operated washing and drying machines. There is also a payphone and fax in the main house.

These self catering cottages are well located for those wishing to explore all that this wonderful region has to offer.

Further Information: Exmoor National Park is the smallest of the National Parks covering around 267 square miles of stunningly beautiful scenery and wonderful views. There are over 625 miles of footpaths and bridleways, it is possible to ride, cycle, walk or even run all day only touching the roads to cross them. The highest point at 1704 feet, Dunkery Beacon enjoys wonderful panoramic views over the moor, the Quantocks and across the Bristol Channel to Wales. Uniquely there are thirty-four miles of coastline within the park, it has the highest coast and the longest stretch of coastal woodland in England.
Further Information: Hawkridge is situated just north-west of the picturesque town of Dulverton, on the Two Moors Way. The famous Tarr Steps are within an easy walk and from here you can walk to Dulverton or Withypool or simply take a circular walk around our estate along the stream, through West Hollowcombe Woods and back through the village.
