Dining is an integral part of a ski holiday. In fact, some of our guests have told us that dining with us every night has been the highlight of their holiday.

Our cuisine draws its influence from the best of French and Italian Mediterranean cuisine. Our menu changes daily and each evening you will be presented with a degustation style menu which we carefully match with local and imported wines. Our cocktail bar opens at 5:00pm each night and canapés are served from 6:00pm.

Our accommodation packages include the degustation evening meal for adults and child tariff includes a children's meal at 6:00pm. Please let us know if you have any allergies, food intolerances or special dietary requirements prior to arrival so that we may creatively cater for you.
