Kinnaird

In the beautiful wooded valley of the Tay, sits one of Scotland's most unique hotels: Kinnaird. It is situated in a magnificent 9,000 acres of spectacular Perthshire countryside, the Kinnaird Estate comprises the original Edwardian mansion and eight charmingly furnished individually-styled cottages, located at various spots around the Estate.

'Keepers' is one of their cottages which is the growing number of 'Courtyard Cottages', which are a few steps down the drive from the big house. It has two double bedrooms with baths, a beautiful drawing room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen and also has a laundry machine, and a deck off the drawing room, with a view of the valley below. They also have 'the retreat' which is a place of tranquility for beauty treatments including Jessica Manicure, pedicure, aromatherapy, and a wide variety of massage and body techniques.

The immediate grounds of the main house provide many pleasant features. The all weather tennis court and the croquet lawn offer outdoor exercise close to home. Or you can simply relax in the mature gardens.
