The Old Pandy Inn

The Black Mountain Lodge is located at the Old Pandy Inn, which is a fantastic 17th Century Country Inn four miles north of Abergavenny. The surrounding area of the Black Mountain Lodge is steeped in history and legend. It is in an ideal location for those that enjoy the outdoor lifestyle with many popular walks nearby and many activities to be found. The lodge will help you to arrange your activities and they can put you in touch with the activity group concerned.

The Lodge was formally an old Fulling Mill across the courtyard from the main building. The Lodge can sleep twenty people in three rooms or it can be opened up for larger groups. The Lodge has full central heating and a wood burner stove in the common room for those cooler months of the year. The lodge comes complete with free showers, a kitchenette with two microwaves, toasters, and tea and coffee making facilities. The common room has a television with video playback ideal for relaxing in at the end of a hard day full of activities.
