Cathy's Bed & Breakfast at Topmuir Farm has beautiful panoramic views across open countryside. It is well placed for stop-over nights between ferries from Stranraer and Newcastle. Also ideal as a start or finish point for a tour of Scotland.

Enjoy a great round of golf on the many and varied courses in the area or simply rest by a river, lake or loch for a spot of fishing. Between the months of September and April you can watch or have a go at the Scottish game of curling on the ice rinks in Lockerbie and Dumfries.
