Summerlea House is a warm and friendly Bed and Breakfast which has recently been refurbished. The House has three en-suite rooms which can accommodate families, as well as couples and singles. The house is situated only 2 minutes from the Town Centre, perfect if you enjoy shopping and visiting bars and restaurants.

The house welcome's cyclists, walkers, bikers, golfers and fishermen. Moffat is an ideal base for touring the picturesque areas of Dumfries and Galloway, and the Borders. The town has been enjoyed by visitors for many years and a warm and friendly welcome awaits all guests, both old and new.

The tree-lined wide High Street of the former Spa Town contains Station Park which has a boating pond, putting greens and the 'Moffatasia' water play centre for children. All this is set amongst the flowers that have made the town a frequent winner in Britain in Bloom competitions.
