Shim Coffee and Protea Farm Tour provides guided tours of a coffee, protea, and botanical farm on the island of Maui. Protea include orchids, lavendar, and others. If conditions permit, guests can pick the coffee beans and see the pulping process and Kula's million-dollar view.
Visitors have the opportunity to visit a one-man, working coffee, protea, and botanical farm in Kula and enjoy the million-dollar view for free (3,500 feet above sea level). You will see coffee trees, coffee beans, and all of the machines that are used to process coffee (pulper, huller, drying trays, and roaster).
