The Wardown Park Museum is located in a beautiful, landscaped park, around one and a half miles north from Luton town centre. The museum opened its first floor galleries in febuary 2003 and displays Luton life, where you can explore the stories of Luton people over the past 150 years.
The museum also has displays on archaeology and natural history, along with an extensive collection of local lace and there are also around four temporary exhibitions a year on different subjects.
The Museum Education Service runs a varied schools programme with sessions to complement the national curriculum using both the galleries and artefacts for handling.
