The Lawns

The Lawns is a purpose built holiday apartment available for private hire. This second floor apartment is just off Ramsgate seafront, close to the Granville Theatre.

Facilities include Double-glazing, an ultra-modern kitchen, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and microwave. All electric. Colour TV /DVD and Video. Bathroom with bath and shower. Car parking at the rear in own reserved car space, within sight of the apartment.

There is a sense of privacy in that each block of 8 apartments is isolated with their own 8-person lift. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is front-facing. Entry phone system prevents access to unauthorised persons.
