Gurnard Pines Health Club is located just outside the famous sailing town of Cowes and only 10 minutes drive from Newport on the Isle of Wight. The centre boasts a wide range of modern facilities catering for all your health and fitness needs.

Facilities include a superb Pool Complex with both a 25m indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art Fitness Suite, 3 Tennis Courts, Health suite and much more. Professionals run regular classes and courses, including 'AquaFit' and tennis coaching, and have a number of professional personal trainers to help you get the best from your chosen discipline.

Gurnard Pines Health Suite is the ideal place to relax and unwind after you fitness routine. It offers you a comfortable fifteen-person sauna and a ten-person steam room in which you can clear your mind and recharge your batteries. There are also showering facilities with one cold and three hot showers and for topping up your tan you will find a top of the range sun bed and a high powered sun shower. The Health Suite at Gurnard Pines is free to use for all new Standard and Platinum Members over the age of 18, there is however a small charge for the use of the sun beds.
