The Fun 'n' Sun Motel offers clean,comfortable self-contained or motel style units catering for families,couples,singles ,workers and reps . We are situated just 400m from the "Big Prawn" in the coastal fishing town of Ballina in the Northern rivers region of NSW

The Fun 'n' Sun Motel provides spacious open plan and 2 bedroom self-catering units that can accommodate 1-6 persons . All units face out onto a large grassy area via patio doors and each unit has its own picnic table directly outside . All units come complete with air conditioning ,ceiling fans, Austar and basic cooking facilities . There are also several motel style units with either a queen bed or a queen plus single . These units also have air-con,ceiling fans,Austar,fridge,toaster,and a kettle

Facilities include a beautiful saltwater swimming pool, under-cover BBQ,guest laundry,ample parking and spacious grounds There`s a tavern and small shopping centre all within walking distance as well as a Mcdonalds
