Fairholme is ideally located just 50m away from a glorious sandy beach and a public seawater swimming bath.

All the rooms feature en suite facilities and there are no noisy TV's in the bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast cooked to order chosen from a varied menu including a traditional breakfast or scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, or kipper fillets. The whole house is non smoking and there is an inviting lounge area, featuring a selection of board games and a patio to relax in during the warm afternoons.

The town centre is just a few minutes away by foot, where you will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas and attractions. The nearby Howard Davies Park is a lovely place to relax on a sunny afternoon.
