Outdoor public bathing offers the choice of a central pool and covered grotto, a massaging waterfall pool, a bubbling spa couch, a tranquillity bath set amongst the tea trees and a cold plunge pool. While indoor, guests can relax and soak up the sweeping view of the lake and grasslands that make up the unique coastal surrounds, as the waters, rich in minerals, infuse their body with the warmth of natural relaxation.

The private Spa Dreaming Centre is a source of therapeutic and beauty bliss offering a choice of massages, facials, mud wraps, steam infusions and much more. Private indoor and outdoor thermal mineral pools and baths, a steam infusion room and a leisure lounge make this an oasis of relaxation. All treatment rooms have two tables, so spa treatments may be experienced with a friend or in total seclusion.

Don't bother, this place is like a sausage factory, open 7 days a week until 10pm, our personal experience was like being shuffled in and out of a mass production plant. Didn't feel relaxed or reinvigorated, in fact felt stressed after the ordeal ... Read More

My most recent visit to Peninsula Hot Springs was in December 2006. If you enjoy hot springs or if you have never had the opportunity to indulge, this is the place to visit. I have been there several times now since it opened to relax and enjoy not only the hot springs themselves, which are rejuvenating for mind, body and spirit, but also a great restaurant with spa cuisine, wonderful massages and treatments ( I had some of the indigenous massages heavenly!), sauna, and much more on a huge lovely country property with a view of the sea from one of the hills ...
